About Me
After growing up in Florida, I attended college in TN at Sewanee: The University of the South, where I studied Ecology and Psychology. I worked as a Field Ecologist in the deserts of Nevada and in an agricultural greenhouse in St. Louis, MO, before discovering my passion for mental health and earning my MSW from the University of South Carolina. I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, working out at the gym, listening to music, and hiking.
Approach
I aim to be personable, down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I take an integrative, person-centered approach to build on your strengths and explore how your experiences, interactions, thoughts, and feelings shape your life. By fostering genuine trust and an authentic therapeutic relationship, I strive to empower you to grieve, process, adapt, and optimize for healing and prosperity.
