Alisha Randle, RHIA, CPB, earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Alabama State University in 2008. She began her HIM career as an E-HIM Specialist III (ROI) at Allina Health in St. Paul, MN, later earning her RHIA in 2013 and advancing to Coding Specialist III, specializing in E/M and general surgery coding. Her skill in training new staff revealed her passion for teaching.

In 2019, she relocated to Greenville, SC, joining Prisma Health as a Clinical Knowledge Application Analyst, where she helped redesign care plans and supported compliance through the Clinical Knowledge Management Database.

Now serving as the HIM Program Director at Florence-Darlington Technical College, Ms. Randle has strengthened the program with CAHIIM-aligned learning plans and proudly led her first graduating class to a 100% pass rate. She also holds the Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential from AAPC.
