Adrian Green grew up in Raleigh, NC and found an early love for helping others through community service and participation in church outreach events.

Originally a nursing major, Adrian later found her calling in social work and subsequently graduated with a BSW in 2007 and later an MSW in 2011. Her education and growth in the field of social work continued with the completion of a PhD in Social Work in February of 2022. 

Adrian currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, James, and their two children, Jase and Janae. 

APPROACH
Adrian’s passion is service as a change agent for children who have endured trauma.

She found a love of qualitative research during her PhD journey and has continued utilizing real-life stories and experiences to advocate for systems and policy changes post-doc.

HISTORY
Adrian has spent most of her career in child welfare. As an LCSW, and more recently, an LISW-CP, Adrian has experience in: 

• Clinical supervision since 2016
• Domestic violence services
• Program development and training
• Child advocacy, and community support services

Adrian is excited to train, educate, and influence the next generation of clinical social workers.
